I live in University Place and I am writing a review to help you guys.

Located in the heart of Clemson and within a 20-minute walking distance from the campus, University Place (UP) is on the red route CAT Bus line. The bus stop is right outside UP, which means you can track the bus and leave 3-4 mins before the bus arrives!
Apartment: 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms
Lease term: 12 months usually
Price and Floor Plan: $1100 – $1350 (entire apartment)
