Organization Vision
The Clemson Indian Students’ Association aims to increase awareness about Indian culture, promote service and serve as a social tie for the Indian student campus community. CISA is not just for Indian or Indian-American students; it is open to all students who are interested in the culture.
CISA’s motto is Pay It Forward. We hope that by helping new students every year, we foster a platform where the new students will, in turn, assist students who come to Clemson after them.
CISA is recognized by the Graduate Student Government and is committed to help you transition through your studies at Clemson, right from the day you land here. While it might seem a little intimidating to come to a new country, away from parents and friends, CISA attempts to be your home away from home.
CISA provides an excellent example of unity in diversity, encompassing students from all regions of India and the USA. CISA works with the university to help improve the overall academic as well as social experience for students.
